I provide a complete handyman service solving all sorts of problems around your home. I take great pride in my work, and I want you to be delighted with the results.

What I can do:
I focus on the smaller jobs charging by the day or half day, and I find it best if you get together a list of jobs and I do them all in one go. I can do larger jobs such as laying wood-laminate flooring or changing kitchen worktops, but am happy with small jobs. I will happily give advice on most aspects of your home makeover, like fitting a kitchen or bathroom, or how to present your home for sale to achieve a higher price. I can fill & empty your waterbed.

General jobs:
hanging pictures & mirrors, putting up shelves, curtain poles & blinds, assembling flat-pack furniture, finishing your abandoned DIY projects, installing flat screen TV's, cleaning patios & decking, repairing gutters, installing cat flaps, garden maintenance, changing locks.

Decorating jobs:
internal & external painting, making good damaged paint or plaster, re-sealing around baths & sinks, landlord freshen up between tenants.

Plumbing jobs:
changing taps, fixing leaks, repairing the flush on toilets, installing washing machines, installing garden taps.

Electrical jobs:
replacing light fittings, light-switches, or electrical sockets.

Fees:
I charge a flat rate of £95 for half a day, and £165 for a whole day in Lewes, with a £10 supplement for villages and Brighton. All materials are charged extra, and I don't charge VAT.
